They have virtually Zero cost to produce it, no taxes and crap, a legal company needs to spend a lot of money to produce smtg...

I personally don't smoke, and I don't have a problem with others doing it as long as it doesn't affect me in any way.

If it were legalized, I think there should be some kind of strict enforcement on it. Some of my friends smoke and I'm happy they have fun. However, my apartment neighbors below me do it, and the smell always gets in my apartment. I don't think it smells good at all, and I've asked them to close their windows or smoke elsewhere, but they ignore my requests, ignore the landlord's requests. They have power because the contract doesn't have anything against "smoking" and police cannot simply enter a residence without warrant.
It's times like this that I am very against weed...



Another thing to think about: ways to say that you are high.
blazed, stoned, baked, hammered, faded, wasted, f***ed up
how many of those words have a "positive" definition??
How can being something "negative" be good for you?
EX: if you are not referring to being high, would you still want to be called f***ed up??

first for all people who`s saying something about this subject,please first make a little research before posting your`e opinions cause i see that most of you saying untrue facts .

for the quoted comment, there is no prof to what your`e saying,it has been proven that weed is not addictive,and if people want to experience other drugs it dont has any connection to weed,every human been has his own thoughts and make his choices,me for example tried only 2 types of drugs[LSD,Weed]
and im sure im not going to try other.BTW LSD also not addictive,and not deadly.
i can bring prof to what im saying for the doubters.

you need to understand that making weed legal will force all drug dealers to abandon the business,at least the weed.
why you ask ? cause when its legalized the government controls everything,from laboratory analysis to determine if the substance is OK and don`t has any poison in it.
if it will be legalized the government will get TAX from it and wont lose money[police investigations etc.] and will let them to work on more serious drugs[cocaine,amphetamine etc...]governments will earn from selling it.

i recon weed could be legilised but they could make some o0fit artifishall but pplwill know and go back to the good dealers so really theres no point lol im only 13 but i do know alot theres no point coz they have to make it artefishall like fags(cigarettes) they have to use artificall baki to make them thats why its allways dry coz they use fibreglass and all sorts of other stuff so there just do the same to weed i knowim only 13 but im in top set for everyclass in skl ;p and weed is the healthest drug out so tyhey should ligalize it but it still might be a drug but look at herion and others but weed is healty lol ITS A HERB !!!

Can I just point out that a persons opinion is in fact just that .. an opinion. If they research it first, it then becomes a matter of fact and not an opinion .. And I prefer peoples opinions, whether they are right or wrong cause they show more angles to a subject then hard facts

you CANT beat criminals with legal business
its like music(on a different proportion) .... which is the easiest way to get ur favorite music? buy the original cd/buy on itunes, or just download the mp3 from internet for free? 90% will choose the free way lol

That's all not true look in the Netherlands, I do not no anyone who buys from a dealer. Everyone buys from a coffeshop. That does not mean that they buy it maybe illegally but they still pay Taxes one it.

It isnt true that in NL ppl are smoking weed only from coffeshops. There is plenty of "tax-free sources" where u can buy pot. Street pot is cheaper and atm drug policy in NL is a bit diffrent than 5 years ago. Goverment reduced numebr of coffieshops in Amsterdam, biggest cities, which were too close to schools etc.

Next issue is the low number or absence of coffieshops in small cities amd village.

Look what happened to Red Light District, now its small side street.
